I absolutely had the ...

I absolutely had the best time here. Birthday trip with lifelong friend who has stayed at other Intercontinental properties. I did not want to leave. Amazing staff, beautiful clean beaches and fabulous rooms. Thank you for the over the top hospitality!

This is a wonderful ...

This is a wonderful hotel located close to everything and on the most beautiful beach in Cancun! Staff is amazing Gustavo the best bartender!!!! Freddy, Benjamin, Angel. Juan ,Antonio, Bernard are the most helpful and friendly doormen They're there to welcome you " home". Humberto is there to make arrangements for an extra special holiday. And front desk are amaxing! Newly renovated rooms are elegant, clean and quiet! Highly recommend this home away from home
